Membership and Booking
- Memberships and bookings are non-transferable and subject to availability.

- Members must carry their ID for facility access.
Facility Usage
- Adhere to all posted rules and instructions from staff.
- Proper attire is required for all activities.
- Activities like pickleball, padel, swimming, and yoga are undertaken at your own risk. Club Courtside is not responsible for injuries caused by misuse or negligence.
Code of Conduct
- Respect fellow members and staff.
- Abusive language, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Damage to property must be reported immediately. Members may be held liable for repair or replacement costs.
Liability Waiver
By using our facilities, you agree to waive any claims against Club Courtside for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during your visit, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by Club Courtside.
Payment and Fees
- Fees for memberships and services must be paid in advance.
- Club Courtside reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice.
Suspension and Termination
Club Courtside reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violations of these terms or facility rules.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Raipur. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
